Watch this tutorial, How to: Create Orders in FibreTrace®.
Orders play a fundamental role in the context of supply chain traceability in FibreTrace®, enabling us to effectively monitor and trace the movement of your products.
Orders on FibreTrace®, are built to deliver a sale order, i.e you create an order for what you sell.
Please note that you must create Products before creating an Order. If you have not created Products yet, learn how to do that by clicking here.
To create your order, you can either use the FibreTrace® dashboard or through the hamburger menu.
- From the Dashboard you can find Create an Order shown in the image below:
By clicking on Create an Order you will be re-directed to Active Orders. Please scroll down to find Create an Order button.
2. Log in to FibreTrace® and click on the Hamburger menu in the top right corner, then choose My Orders:
You will see all of your active orders. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Create a new order:
Note: Orders on FibreTrace® are managed on a product level, meaning that each order is for a single product. For example, if your shipment had multiple products, you would create an order for each product within your shipment.
Clicking on Create a new order button, will pop up a form on the left side of the screen requiring you to fill in the product information. Please review the screenshot and explanation below to fill the form. Once completed please Click on Save and create an order process.
Please refer below to the short descriptions of the fields to assist you in completing the form accurately and efficiently.
