How to upgrade to FibreTrace® VERIFIED?

FibreTrace® MAPPED is a free* to use, digital solution that showcases transparency through a digital chain of custody.

FibreTrace® VERIFIED unlocks the full power of FibreTrace® by adding physical scanners and FibreTrace® pigments into the verification process to provide irrefutable farm-to-store fibre traceability and transparency for each and every stage of the textile supply chain.

FibreTrace® MAPPED customers with free subscriptions can upgrade to FibreTrace® VERIFIED by using the following steps.
Note: The FibreTrace® VERIFIED subscription is on a company basis and has no user limit. 

From the Home, click on Settings

Under Settings page, please click on Plan:

The 'Plan' page will show you your current active subscription, as in the screenshot below. 
To upgrade to VERIFIED at USD$ 2,640 per annum, you can:

1. Follow the Checkout 
2. Choose either a Subscription annual payment or Debit/Credit Card Checkout

Please fill in the payment gateway details with your card and company details and you will receive a payment confirmation and your account will be upgraded automatically.

If you choose a bank transfer the account will be upgraded after cleared funds have been received this may take a few days.  

If your preferred choice of payment is not available in your country/region, please reach out to a FibreTrace® global representative in your key region and they will get back to you within one working day. Alternatively, please write to [e-mail] and one of our customer support agents will get back to you within two working days.
