An Order Process is defined as an individual step in your supply chain, for example, Farming, Ginning, Spinning, Knitting, Cutting and Sewing, Warehouse that will be audited either digitally or physically. An Order process can only be created, after creating an Order.
Login to FibreTrace® Click the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Orders:
Select an Order you want to create a new process for, by clicking on the order ID link:
Click on Add process to begin mapping your supply chain.
An order process pop-up will appear, which you should fill in with the necessary information:

- Manufacturer (Required)- Select the manufacturer or your supply chain partner. For e.g. Demo Brand

Process name (Required)- Select the name of the process, for example, farming
- Audit Company (Required) - Select the company that will be performing the digital or physical audit

Auditor (Required) - Select the auditor or the person that will be accepting and signing the audit

Audit Deadline - Set the audit deadline or due date
- Visible on B2C Website - Please set this option as toggled to YES. This will ensure all the Order Processes i.e. each step in the supply chain is visible when your customers scan the QR Codes.

Send notification to auditor - Toggle this option to YES. This will send a notification to the auditor to perform the audit

Required Fibretrace® scanner when auditing - This applies to VERIFIED users only. Depending on the supplier you can toggle this YES - for physical traceability audit or NO - for digital audit.
E.g. Toggle YES for Spinner, Toggle NO for distribution company.
If you are a MAPPED user of FibreTrace® which means that no scanner is available, the default for this option to No. - Number of Audits - This is the number of physical or digital audits that need to be performed for this order process. Typically VERIFIED users will physically audit anywhere between 2-10% of the total order quantity. MAPPED users typically do 1 digital audit.
Once the above steps are completed, click on Create process
