Modifications to a product or order can only be made before an audit is conducted. If the order is completed, you may only edit the 'Purchase Order' and 'Tags' sections.
To make changes, log in to FibreTrace® and click on 'Orders' in the top-left corner.
1. Active Orders:
1.1 Click the three dots on the right side of the selected order, then select 'View'.
1.2 In the top-right corner, click the pencil icon to edit the order.
1.3 After making the necessary changes, scroll down and click 'Update'.
2. Completed Orders:
2.1 To make changes to completed orders, follow the same steps as above. However, only the purchase order and tags fields can be edited in this case.
