FibreTrace VERIFIED users can now build Custom Reports in FibreTrace.
Custom Reports allows users to tailor their data reporting needs. By utilising Custom Reports, companies can analyse real-time data directly in FibreTrace or download data into a csv file. Custom Reports helps users discover key insights about their business, identify areas for operational improvement and empower better decision-making.
How to use Custom Reports
Users need to be on the FibreTrace VERIFIED subscription to use Custom Reports. If you are not a VERIFIED user, click here to learn how to upgrade your account.
-
Click on Reports:
-
The Reports module will open in new tab or window. From there, select Custom Reports:
-
There are 3 tables in Custom Reports: Products, Orders, Audits. There is some default data in these tables but the user can add additional columns by selecting the Columns dropdown and selecting individual fields to include in the data table:
Note: the fields that appear in the Columns dropdown include standard fields that are populated when you create a product, order or complete an audit. However, the fields also include Product and Audit template data. This means the more product and audit template data that is entered, the more in-depth the Custom Reports analysis can be.
-
After a user has selected a number of columns, they can also save the configuration as a view, which the user can load it from a list of saved views later. This saves time for the user and gives them the option to save multiple custom views for different analysis purposes.
To do this, select Save as and give your view a name:
The saved view will be visible in the dropdown:
-
At any point, users can export the data in the table to csv or pdf format:
-
Users can also expand the view by clicking Show more:
-
Finally, if the user wishes to apply some filters there are several available above each Custom Report table:
Filter orders by date, product, manufacturer, status and keyword
Filter products by date and keyword
Filter orders by date, product, manufacturer, status and keyword
