Once an order is marked as completed, a Transaction Report is generated. This report can be viewed, downloaded, or shared.
Similar to other industries, FibreTrace® provides a summary document (transaction certificate) for every completed order, in addition to the B2C product journey page and QR code. This is in addition to the B2C product journey page / QR code.
You can access the Transaction Reports in Orders
1. Navigate to https://webapp.fibretrace.io/home
2. Click "Orders"
3. Go to "Completed" orders
4. Select "Your Order" for which you want to view the Transaction Report
5. Click "More actions"
6. Click "View this Transaction Report"
