It is now possible to download all associated files of an order to your computer or personal device, including the Audit CSV file, Transaction Certificate, Product Images, Process Certificates and any attachments from an Audit Template.
To use the Download Files feature, go to Orders > Completed Orders and click on the View button after clicking on 3 dots:
After you click on Export (Download Files), a pop up will appear asking you if you are sure you want to download the files. Click "Yes".
An email will be sent with a ZIP file to. your registered email address, which you can download by clicking on the link.
