Register / Login to Android App

New registrations

To register on the FibreTrace® Android App please follow the same simple process as registering on the web platform. Here's what you need to do:

1. Head over to the Google Play Store and download the FibreTrace® Android App.
2. Once the installation is complete, open the app and click on the "Register" button.
3. Fill in your details, including your name, email address, and organization information.
   Here's a video guide that demonstrates the registration process.

Existing Users 

1. For our existing customers, login using your email address and password that you use on the FibreTrace® web app (https://webapp.fibretrace.io) 
2. If you have forgotten the password, just client Forgotten Password to reset it.
3. Then go to set up your mobile app PIN Code.

PIN Code Setup

1. To keep your account secure and make it quicker and easier to sign in we will ask you for a PIN code. This PIN code will save you having to enter your email address, password and 2FA code each time you use the app.
2. After log in for the first time, you will be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN.  
   
   

Logged In (Online Mode)

Once you've successfully registered on the FibreTrace® Android App, you can proceed to follow the steps outlined in our comprehensive Checklist article. This article provides detailed guidance on how to maximize the use of the app's features and functionality. By following this Checklist, you will be able to:

• Set up your profile and organizational information.
• Connect and configure your scanning devices.
• Perform audits and trace products using the app's offline mode.
