Login to FibreTrace® and click on the Hamburger menu in the top right corner, and choose My account:
In the 'My Account' section, under Account, you can scroll all the way down and select Who is my Admin
If you registered for a FibreTrace® account, you will be the admin.
However, if you were invited to join FibreTrace® by your colleague, likely that they will be the admin for FibreTrace® in your company.
Admins can see payment, billing, purchase items, and add colleagues and partners.
Non-admin users can view most services and conduct audits, but may not be able to do more advanced features like edit company information, add sites or processes, perform audits or upgrade their plan from MAPPED to VERIFIED.
